Your Account

If you create an account with us, you will be responsible for that account and all its activity. Please make sure to keep the username and password safe and secure. If at any time you believe it has been used without your authority and without your knowledge, you must report it to us immediately.

 

Cheeky Box reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, edit or remove any accounts as needed.

 

 

General

Cheeky Box has the right to edit, remove, change, add or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

Any terms & conditions on this page and on any other page on the site must be abided by at all times while using the site, products or services provided by us or any agent acting on our behalf.

Under current UK legislation, it is not permitted to sell certain items to people under the age of 18. These items include knifes and other sharp or pointy objects. If you are purchasing such items, you must be 18 years old or over, and must be able to prove this to Cheeky Box on request.

Cheeky Box has the right to cancel any order if we see necessary without reason given.

We may include links to other websites on our pages and these websites may be third party websites not linked to Cheeky Box. We cannot therefore be responsible for these links or content on these sites.

It is your responsibility to read all instructions that come with your items, or in the case of no instructions with your items, you are responsible to research the correct way to use your items.

We cannot be held responsible in the event that the website is not available to you for any reason at any time, or if the website was interrupted. This could be in any case including site maintenance or internet connection problems.

If the action of any doing to our website or content by you the user, or any breach of our terms, results in any loss or disadvantage to Cheeky Box, we will take legal action to claim losses and/or compensation.

Working days are Monday to Friday.

 

 

Vouchers

Voucher codes will be published as special offers or promotions to be redeemed on CheekyBox.co.uk only.

They must be redeemed before the expiry time of the voucher and used correctly within the rest of the terms laid out on this page, the rest of the site and in other print by Cheeky Box.

Each voucher code can only be used once on one order per customer.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your voucher code is valid at time of usage and that you comply with the the terms of use within the correct time. It is also your responsibility to make sure that your voucher code has been redeemed on your order before you place that order, as prices cannot be amended after an order is placed.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed on orders already placed or after the expiry date.

No change can be given from a voucher on any amount and will have no cash value.

Vouchers cannot be sold, edited, copied, transfered or used in any way that breaches our conditions.

Any voucher that you have will have no value but the value it was advertised as.

Only one voucher code will be accepted per order.

There will be no value to any unused voucher codes.

Vouchers cannot be used on items that are marked as 'Sale'.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other prmotion or offer.

Vouchers only to be redeemed for the purpose stated.

 

 

Availabilty

Here at Cheeky Box, we try to keep our stock and availability as accurate and up to date as possible.

If a product is showing in 'stock', and for any reason turns out to be unavailable, we will offer you a full refund on that product or an alternative product should one be available.

If an item is showing 'out of stock', and you would like to purchase it, please contact us and we will inform you of the expected date the item will arrive in stock if we have this information.

Cheeky Box cannot guarantee that a certain product will always be available, or for how long it will be available.

Once you place an order with us, we check that order as soon as possible, and if we cannot supply that product for any reason, we will always notify you. You can then decide to change the order for an alternative item or cancel the order and have a refund.

All special offers are while stocks last.

 

 

Payment

We accept payments by all major Credit/Debit cards and Paypal.

The card payment options are available to Guests and Paypal customers.

Paypal customers would need to login to Paypal when prompted to complete checkout.

For non Paypal customers, you will have the option to pay by card, but might be directed to the Paypal page where you will need to enter your details for payment to complete checkout.

Orders will only be posted once payments have cleared (usually within a couple of minutes either by card for guests or Paypal for Paypal customers).

If paying by credit/debit card or paypal, you might be subject to security checks carried out by your bank to verify your identity and the transaction.

Should there be a delay in passing any security checks for payment, there might be a delay in processing your order.

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank to authorise the payment.

Banks may charge a small fee to process a payment. These are rare cases. Please check with your bank.

 

 

Descriptions

Here are Cheeky Box we try to always describe items as accurately as possible. We include photos as accurate as possible to portray the items in their true light. You should however contact us to double check on any measurements mentioned in the descriptions before purchase.

We will include as many details about the items as possible.

Item descriptions may also have individual prices for Postage & Handling for each item separately.

Cheeky Box cannot be held responsible in the case of an error in any description.

 

 

Privacy Policy

At Cheeky Box, we take the confidentiality of our users very seriously and take great care in ensuring that your information is kept safe.

We will never sell your information to any third party.

 

 

Shipping

All our items will have individual postage & handling charges which are set out to be very fair for our customers.

It is the responsibility of the person placing an order with Cheeky Box to make sure that the delivery address is correct and complete before completing checkout. Cheeky Box cannot be held responsible for items lost or not delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

The delivery methods we use would depend on each item, or order. We would take into consideration the quantity, weight, and value.

Most of our orders are dispatched within 3 working days depending on time order was placed (unless stated otherwise).

You should expect to receive all orders within 7 working days (unless stated otherwise).

We currently only post to addresses within the UK. There may be additional delivery charges to Ireland or any of the channel islands.

If you have any special instructions for delivery, you can let us know in the final stage of your checkout in the 'Delivery Note' section. We will try our best where possible to accomodate these instructions (in some instances we may not be able to).

The 'Delivery Note' section can also be used to make a choice on colour or design where this option is given, but you must note that we may not be able to meet your requirements. This is subject to availability.

Cheeky Box has a fair delivery policy where orders with a number of items where the total postage & handling charges added up are greater than £14.99 are capped at £14.99. So for example, you add 10 items to your shopping cart, and the total for your postage & handling comes to £20 (over £14.99), your shopping cart will automatically re-adjust and reduce that charge to only £14.99. This means you can add as many items to your cart as you like and only pay £14.99 postage & handling.

If your order is over £50 before postage & handling charges, you will qualify for 'FREE Delivery'. In this situation, the delivery charge will appear as £0.00 (Free) at checkout.

Some items may be advertised as 'FREE Delivery'. The delivery charge for this will appear as £0.01 at checkout and you will only be charged 1p for each of these items.

The great thing is, if your items total is over £50, then your postage and handling is FREE.

How brilliant is that?! 

 

 

We know you will love your items, but in the unlikely event that you would like to return an item to us, please read below to understand our simple terms.

 

 

Returns

Unwanted Items:

We aim to please all our customers, and wish that you are happy with your items. If however, you receive an item that you are unhappy with, or that you change your mind for what ever reason, you may return the items to us for a refund (not including postage and handling charges). There will also be a 10% return handling fee (from the total price). The item you wish to return must be in its original sellable packaging, in an unopened and unused state complete with all components and contents. Please also make sure to include a copy of your purchase with the return. It is your responsibility to make sure that you package items for safe arrival back to us. It is also recommended that you use a trackable form of postage and keep your proof of postage safe as you are responsible for the item until we receive it. The cost of return of the items back to us will also be non-refundable.

 

Items returned under these conditions must be made within 14 days from the date of order. Once we receive your items and inspect them to confirm the condition matching the condition of items when they were sent to you, we will issue the refund back to your debit/credit card used or paypal account (matching method of original payment) within 21 days. The refund will be minus the original postage and handling charge. 

 

Several items will be excluded from this returns policy. These items are any seasonal items, hygiene risks (relating to food, feet, ears, eyes) or personalised items. We cannot accept these items for return unless faulty by manufacturers fault.

 

If you have placed an order and want to cancel your order before the item(s) has been picked and/or dispatched, then you will be entitled to receive a refund. This refund will be minus a £1 charge plus 10% of the whole order price. For example, you placed an order for a total of £10 including postage and change your mind immediately after. You will receive a refund of £8. If the item(s) has been picked but not yet dispatched, then the same £1 fee applies plus 15% from the total price.

 

Before returning an item to us, please contact us using our contact form on the 'Contact Us' page including as many details of your order as possible.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

Faulty Items:

At Cheeky Box we try our best to always package items in the best possible way so that they arrive in great condition. If you receive items that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will be more than happy to exchange (subject to availability) or refund them for you free of charge within 14 days. When returning items, please make sure to keep proof of postage for proof and to enable us to refund you the return cost. The refund of return cost must be authorised by Cheeky Box customer service. This will be to a maximum of the standard cost of the method of postage used by us. For example, if we dispacthed an item to you via 1st class standard post, and you return it via special delivery, we will only refund up to the cost of 1st class standard post. It is advisable that you use a trackable service of return. You will need to have a copy of your purchase returned with the item. Please also pack the items for safe return to us.

 

The customer will need to pay the initial postage cost to return items back to us until they arrive and are checked to confirm damage or fault is caused by manufacturer or during delivery.

 

Before returning any damaged, incorrect or faulty goods, please contact us using our contact form on the 'Contact Us' page including as many details of your order as possible. We may give you a returns code to include with your return. We may also give you instructions on the return of your particular item.

 

Any returned items under any circumstance is the responsibility of the sender until they reach Cheeky Box.

Items not received:

Please report any items not received within 14 days of order date. Any reports made to us after this time may result in no refund or replacement being accepted.
